Mommy and the girls went to spend a couple of days with Gramma and Grampa. We were there for Gramma's birthday! We went to the beach and the girls had a good time playing in the water and making Gramma a birthday sand cake. The next day we each took the girls out in the paddle boat and the girls attempted to fish, but it didn't last long.
The girls drew several pictures to help Mommy feel better the other day! We decorated the girls door with their artwork. Siena posed for the picture, but Lilli also drew a few them. We have since completely covered the door and started on Mommy & Daddy's door.
The girls have been asking for a Dream Lite for their new room. Daddy promised to get them one when he got a new job. This is the butterfly Dream Lite and it was definitely worth the wait. The girls love it! They were already sleeping in their own room most of the time, but now they fall asleep to a ceiling full of stars! They even turn it on if they wake up in the middle of the night.
As we finalized the move, the girls were running out of entertainment. They figured out that it was fun for Grampa to toss them into the poof chair. They enjoyed it and wanted to do it over and over again. It wore Grampa out.
The girls set up another movie theater just before we moved. This time it was in the closet and they used the clothes hamper to make a table for the portable DVD player. They had the sleeping bag and pillows piled up in the corner of their closet and they requested popcorn to eat.
