Chicks!

The newest additions to our family!  4 new chicks:  a Rhode Island Red, a Buff Orpington, a Silver Laced Wyandotte, and a Barred Rock (2 light colored and 2 dark colored).  The girls are ecstatic!  They couldn't get enough of them.  Lilli kept crying when we would give the chicks a break.  Currently the names are:  Blacky, Softy, Nicey, & Helpey.  We're going to work on those a little bit.

Picnic

I had to get the oil changed in the van today, so we packed a picnic lunch and walked over to the pond.  The girls had a good time eating, chasing the seagulls, and feeding the ducks.

Mandarin Church of Christ Egg Hunt

Mandarin Church of Christ had an Easter Egg Hunt also.  The girls enjoyed the egg hunt.  There were 2 bounce houses, a balloon lady, face painting, and cookie decorating.  Kayla and Lilli had to compare eggs.  The balloon lady made a Belle balloon for Lilli and a Rapunzel balloon for Siena.  Mrs. Lisa did the face painting and put little eggs on Lilli's cheeks, a big egg on Siena's, and bunnies on Abigail. 

Stepping Stones Egg Hunt Field Trip

Siena's last day of school before spring break was a field trip to Losco Park for an egg hunt and picnic.  She got to play on the playground with her friends and hunt eggs.  She posed for pictures with her friends JJ, Caleb, and the whole class.  She found all 18 eggs (each child was supposed to find the eggs with their name on it).  A couple of squirrels enjoyed some of the kids eggs.

Lilli's 3rd Birthday!

We had Lilli's 3rd Birthday party at our house.  Gramma, Grampa, Nonna, Poppa, Scott, Mimi & Ben, and Lilli's friends from church Abigail, Kayla, Presleigh, Kylie, Caleb, Hannah, Ethan, JJ and their parents all came for the party.  Lilli was so excited to have her friends over.  She got a Strawberry Shortcake car, princess tent, kitchen, scooter, bubbles, coloring stuff, and a princess Belle doll.

Stepping Stones Spagetti Dinner & Art Show

Siena's preschool had a spagetti dinner & art show fundraiser.  The Sweet Frog frozen yogurt characters came to it.  Lilli was thrilled to take a picture with them, but Siena still does not like to pose or smile for pictures.  (I have no idea who the other kids are).
