Zoo

We met Noah and Andrew at the zoo.  While we were there we ran in to some friends from preschool and managed to get them all to pose for a picture.  4 different families.

Birthday Party Fun

These are a little late.  This was from JJ's BD party.  Lilli playing with her buddy Andrew, posing for a pre-race picture, and the Cars race.  Amy was very creative.

Caterpillar

We found a monarch butterfly caterpillar in our butterfly garden.  The girls were so excited.  We have at least 2 monarch butterflies that come to our garden.

We are the Champions

Lilli is obsessed with the song "We are the Champions".  She asks for us to play it for her all of the time.  We have to stop if it comes on the radio and she gets mad when it is over.  This is a video of Lilli listening to it on Stefano's phone.

New York Trip

We went to New York to visit Aunt Maggie, Uncle Brian, and baby Jude.  We had a very busy 4 days.  We walked all over Central Park, played in playgrounds and the park, we went to the Natural History Museum, we visited our family from Italy that was in New York,  we went to the American Girl Store (Lilli got her Bitty Baby and named her Ariel, and Siena got new clothes for Samantha Michael) and to FAO Schwartz.  We had a great time.  The girls loved the taxi rides, the subway, and of course the airplane.  Jude was an amazing baby.  He was so good the whole time.  He adores the girls.  There are 2 videos - one is Siena falling off the back of the couch and Jude just laughing at her and another of Lilli singing to Jude.  We wore Lilli out each day: she fell asleep in my arms walking around every day and we would eventual lay her in the stroller,  the last picture is of her still cashed out the next morning after we got home.  She slept until after 10am (which she is our early riser).  Our flight didn't get in until almost midnight Sunday night,  we are all tired and exhausted.  We had a great trip, but we're glad to be back home.  There was one rainy day, but we didn't let it stop us.  Our one big scare was the rainy afternoon we took the cab back to the apartment, Maggie got out and ran to the door to get Jude out of the rain, Stefano went to the back of the cab to get the stroller and I was getting the girls out, Lilli got out first and I turned to get Siena out.  Lilli walked a little away from the cab and the next thing we know she's crossing the street by herself.  It turns out she was following a lady across the street that was dressed similar to Maggie.  She gave us quite a scare (and we scared her just as much), but it turned out fine, luckily it was the side street that's not very busy and several other people crossing at the intersection noticed it and stopped traffic that might have been coming.  After that she wouldn't go near the street without holding someone's hand.
