Our end of the year trip with Classical Conversations was to Legoland. We got there a little late so it was just us until lunch time. We started out on the Island in the Sky (which overlooked the whole park and the lake), then we walked through the Star Wars display and then went to the botanical gardens. We took several pictures of the banyan tree. After lunch we watched the pirate skit. The girls went to driving school and that's where we finally ran in to some friends. The rain eventually arrived, but it didn't spoil our fun. We found a few in-door rides to go on and there is an imagination station where the kids can play Lego video games and build Lego cars. They also got to meet Emmett and Wild Style and play Simon Says with them. The rain stopped just before closing and we were able to ride the boats. We had a great day!
