Siena at 8 months

Siena is growing so fast. She is into everything now. She's officially started crawling on her hands and knees - not the army man as much anymore. She has also discovered that she can pull herself up on the furniture. Watch out everyone - it's time to Siena-proof the house. She also likes to feed herself and loves to read books.

Siena's New Tricks

Siena has discovered that she loves to stand up. She is so happy when she gets the chance to stand. She has the strength to do it but not the balance. Siena also recently discovered the dog's water and food bowls. She loves to splash in the water and eat the dog food. It sure must be tasty because we're having trouble keeping her away from it. Siena also likes lolipops (as well as ice cream - but we don't have a picture of that).

Siena's New Toy

Siena is getting so big. She just got this new toy and is absolutely enjoying it. She also got a new highchair. The doctor said that we can start feeding her Cheerios now. She now weighs 13 pounds and 13 ounces and is 27 inches long. She has grown so much in the past few weeks.

Sitting up!

Siena has started sitting up by herself. Last Sunday, she sat in a high chair at dinner. And ate ice cream...

Siena is crawling

Siena has started crawling - it's still just a little scoot for right now - but she does it over and over again. Her favorite toy to crawl to right now is the dog's ball on a rope. I guess it's time to baby proof the house.
